18 m² swimming pool with outdoor shower as well as several terraces, lawns and an orchard. You can enjoy the beautiful landscape panoramic views from the furnished roof terrace. The house has 2 double bedrooms which are equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, 1 bathroom with spa shower and double vanity. 1 living-dining room with fireplace with hot air, which also spreads in a nice cozy atmosphere in the winter time, as well as air conditioning hot/cold. The German television program can be received via a Humax hard drive receiver, a DVD library is also freely available. The well equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo Cafe machine, dishwasher and washing machine. For all home cooks who want to cook in the holiday season for friends or family will find all you need in good quality. The outdoor area features
3 different terraces, a breakfast patio, roof terrace, sun terrace by the swimming pool, 4 sun loungers as well as the newly laid lawn invite you to linger. A kettle grill and several umbrellas are also available for use.
8 km to the sandy beach, 3 km from the center of Arta with all the necessary shops including a supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, night life, banks and post office. In about 10 minutes drive from various golf courses, sandy beaches, riding stables, tennis courts and yachting ports. Palma airport is about 55 km.

On the north east coast of Mallorca, lays the romantic town of Arta. Many steep streets and roads leading up the hill, where was built Arta. On top of the hill is the pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador, from where one has a unique view of the coast, the hills, the almond orchards and olive groves.
Famous is the place probably mainly due to the Cuevas de Arta, a cave on the coast at Canyamel. Otherwise, Arta has remained largely unscathed from the tourist bustle. But Arta offers many attractions, a changing coastal landscape with steep cliffs and small sandy beaches and an interesting flora and fauna.
