Fabulous sea view from 125 sq mtr 2 bedroom apt in large, quiet villa 6 minutes drive from Estepona Port. Sleeps 5 in 2 large bedroom suites. 2 Terraces, sat TV incl German channels, wi-fi, table-tennis, 8m x 4m pool (HEATED Oct - April) Always in beautiful, clean condition. Open all year.

The villa is on a small hill set away from the main road and with amazing views of the Mediterranean.
There are 3 restaurants; 2 supermarkets; a 5*GL Hotel and a beach all in less than a 15-minute walk. Estepona Old Town is only a 10 minute drive.
The terracotta-coloured villa is on a 2500 sq mtr plot with a large expanse of grass, flower beds, a viewing area, the Moroccan Terrace, the garage housing the ping-pong, a communal washing machine and of course the pool area with lots of terracing for the sunloungers.
The villa has 3 rental apartments plus our own home. The 1 bedroom "Pool Apt" is ref:4183.
The smaller 2 bedroom "Fountain Apt" is ref: 4484.

The urbanisation (estate) comprises mainly detached villas in quiet tree-lined roads.
We are at the end of a cul-de-sac so we have very little passing traffic.
At the end of our road and to the left, we have 2 great restaurants. The newly opened Valle Romano golf course is very close.
Estepona Port & town are considered to be relatively safe and uncrowded. They are not really on the tourist route, so they are primarily still very Spanish. The old town especially is lovely to wander around and you will almost certainly discover a favourite bar, restaurant, tapas or street.
Marbella; Puerto Banus; Casares & Gibraltar are all nearby. Seville; Cordoba; Ronda; Granada; Malaga; Cadiz & Jerez are all less than a 2 hour drive, steeped in history and all are worth exploring.

Great relaxing family holiday
We have just returned from a fantastic week in this wonderful villa We were very impressed with the standard of accommodation - spacious and attractively decorated. The gardens are beautiful, with a great view of the sea. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Neville and Lynne made a real effort to make us feel welcome, suggesting places to see and lending us Dvds to watch In the evenings. We look forward to returning soon!

Very pleasant stay on the Costa del Sol
We are a young family of three (one baby a year old) and stayed at this very pleasant place for 10 days. The weather was perfect, the owners very kind and the area has lots to offer. The appartment proved to be suited well for babies as well as we thought. We were also able to make some lovely day trips to a few of the many places around worth a visit.
All in all, an excellent holiday for us as a family and a perfect way to extend the days of summer!

So great we didnt want to go home...
The service received by Neville & Lynne (the owners) at Villa Tranquilla was second to none. I was a bit concerned at first about the owners living on site, but after meeting them was so glad that they did. We stayed in the Palm Terrace apartment which was excellent and the fact that I was given the option of single or double bed for my young son was amazing, especially as one of my concerns was him falling out onto a solid floor. Everything we needed was there, even hairdryers in the bathroom & Tea & Coffee in the kitchen, so you could have a cuppa before going to the supermarket. The location was great. far enough out that it was peaceful, yet close enough that if you didnt have a car (we did) you could walk to shop for essentials, walk to 2 very good restaurants or taxi into town without breaking the bank.
The grounds and the pool were lovely and it was great knowing that my 6year old could run around safely.
I would definately recommend V.T and have already pencilled in my dates for next year.

Stayed for 10 days
Our accommodation was excellent(home from home/5 star)and we liked the little touches such as basic foods being laid on for us when we arrived.
Neville and Lynn were brilliant hosts and could not do enough for us.
A small bit noisy at times but this I think was just bad timing on our part as the site next door was being cleaned and this was probably a one off.
You definitely need a car as all facilities are not within walking distance. Could have had air-con especially for the hotter periods and I was disappointed we had to leave by 10 on our departure day as we had a late flight.
The resort of Estopna was nice and it is a great base to visit Gibraltar, Marbella, etc
We look forward to returning sometime as it was very relaxing and ejoyable.
