The twin bedroom has the same design. There is an optional comfort sleeper sofa bed for two in the living area, as well as an addtl twin bed. The dining area has elegant seating for 6-8, with complete service for eight-ten, ideal for entertaining guests. The apt. has new parquet floors throughout, with a modern tiled kitchen and well appointed tile baths w/ hair dryers/ all soaps/towels. It is air conditioned, about 1800 sq. ft. with high ceilings. Cable TV, a private laundry, with a washer/dryer and high speed internet access (computer), are provided for your convenience. |

This landmarked historic district with it?s cobblestone streets, is just a few blocks from both the art galleries and shopping of SOHO and the great restaurants in the heart of Tribeca. It is only a 10-minute walk to the nearby financial district, Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, World Trade Center site and 4 blocks from the Hudson River, where there are miles of uninterrupted biking/jogging pedestrian paths along the water that continue all the way uptown, as well as several lovely waterfront parks. There is public tennis, bike rentals, batting cages, a children?s park/splash pool and great sunsets. Subway and bus / one block away/taxis on corner, under 10 minutes to midtown, museums and theater. Supermarket and gourmet shopping within walking distance. Tribeca is the center of New York?s film industry, with a spring film festival with many celeb residents. The area is extremely safe with taxicabs available at all hours.
