Gasherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, TV, Bad mit Duschkabine und Bidet. Klimaanlage, gedeckte Verranda mit Grünstreifen sowie Gartenmöbel und Grill. Hauseigener Parkplatz. Zum Meer und Dorf sind es 800m zum
archäologischen Park 500m.
