Dualbedroom, shower, housing space witha double bed in an armoire, a sofa, open, modern kitchen complete arranged with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, garnitures for fondue, raclette, etc… Sitting room with SAT-TV, DVD, radio with CD, telephone. Space for skis and bikes. Non-smoking apartment, family-friendly, domestic animals are admissible, none bendcarpet. Central heater mat with heat pump. The apartment is in a one-family house and only 50 meters from the bus stop away ( sportbus/localbus ). Close to the mountain railways. |

Description of the area:
Scuol is about 1250 meters altitude, on the verge of the nationalparc of Switzerland S-charl. Scuol is rationed in 2 parts, Scuol sura and Scuol sot ( Ober- und Unter Scuol ). Scuol is an admirable ski- and walkparadise. Attractions are the houses of Engadin and the language called Rumantsch, a great many of rambling alternatives, to bike, to play tennis, golf ( also in the snow ) curling, hockey, to slide, to go with the airboard, to make tours of ski, to ride, to go with the paraglider, fishing and bathing, for exampel in the Bogn Quadras, or the open air bath Sportanlage Trü or in the Bogn Engiadina Scuol which had the first Latin-Irish bath in Switzerland and for wellness you can also go there. Enjoy the great many sportive activities, let you coddle in the area of wellness and stock up on some air from the mountains of the Engadin. Scuol, where mineralwater flows trough the fountains of the village. Graubünden is the biggest canton of Switzerland.
