Handsome villa divided into 4 lovely apartments on the Costa del Sol with
breath-taking Mediterranean views.
The FOUNTAIN APARTMENT is located just by the pool (HEATED Oct 1 - APR 30, at an extra charge of 55e / week) and we have tried to provide not a holiday apartment, but a "home-away-from-home" with good quality furniture & furnishings.
Each bedroom sleeps 2, either in double or twin beds and has direct access out onto a private terrace. Each has its own shower room. The main room has 2 sofas, a dining table & chairs, TV/VCR/DVD, open plan kitchen and sliding window to the front terrace with pool, garden & sea views.

Description of the area:

The villa is located about 5km from the town centre and 3. 5km from Estepona Port in a mature, quiet urbanisation of attractive villas. The sea is a 15 minute stroll away, as is the 5* GL Hotel Elba and Spa, 2 excellent local restaurants and a new Mercadonna Supermarket. There is practically no traffic, aeroplane or train noise, hence the suitability of the villas name.
Come here if you want to stay somewhere special, a little bit exclusive, somewhere that you can truly unwind and relax.
If you also like exploring famous cities between the relaxing, Estepona is ideally located near to Marbella; Gibraltar; Ronda; Cordoba; Cadiz; Granada; Jerez; Sevilla and you can even go on the catamaran to Tangiers (Morocco) for the day!!!
