All the apartments are part of the same block and share a vast garden with a wooden gazebo, barbecue and a shower with hot and cold water, as well as a spectacular view of the sea.
Each apartment hosts a built-in kitchen, provided with an oven and a cooker-hood. A large refrigerator, freezer and television.
Outside the apartments you can find large terraces with frontal and lateral sunshades to guarantee your privacy, a table, chairs, and a light that will allow you to dine outside during the day and in the evenings.
The parking space is included in the price and our clients may use it as they please; you will be able to leave your car just a few metres away from you accommodation inside a safe private area. The apartments are situated in an enviable position: though they are close to the sea-side, they are in a very quiet area, free from traffic and unwanted disruptions. Last but not least, the two apartments on the ground floor have a private fenced garden.

Description of the area:

Follonica is a town and comune (township) of Grosseto province in the Italian region of Tuscany, on the Gulf of Follonica (Golfo di Follonica), about 40 km (25 mi) NW of the city of Grosseto. According to the 2003 census, its population was 21, 00.

Follonica is a popular tourist site during the summer, mostly visited by the Italians themselves. The city has been awarded the Bandiera Blu ("Blue Flag") in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 for the cleanliness of its beaches and seawater.

The Via Aurelia highway SS 1 (one of the oldest Roman roads), which runs from Rome to the Franco-Italian border, passes close by the city. The railway linking Reggio Calabria in the south and Turin in the north runs through the city, providing direct railway connections to the cities of Rome, Turin, Naples, Pisa and La Spezia, among others.
Follonica is only 90 Km south of Pisa Airport and 2hrs driving to Florece.

How to find us:

From Pisa, driving southward on the SS1, exit at "Follonica Nord" and follow the indications of "Pratoranieri". At the first roundabout turn right, pass under the railway and at the second roundabout take "Via Don Sebastiano Leoni". Keep on driving beside the railway, cross two more roundabouts and turn right at "Via Tremiti", then right again at "Via Capri" and take the second to the right "Via Capraia". Your journey is over!!
