Detailed description:

A handsome spacious villa, located at the end of a cul-de-sac and overlooking the sea, just 3. 5km from Estepona Port and a 12 minute walk to the beach & 2 restaurants.

Always presented in spotless condition, our flat has a good-size main room (living area with dining table and modern open very well equipped kitchen, sliding windows to private terrace overlooking the pool, gardens & sea.
The tv has a vcr & dvd player. There is also a cd player. We have a library of over 300 films, some of which are subtitled or dubbed into German and available to borrow at no cost.
The large bedroom has a writing desk,
wall mirror/consul/padded bench for putting on make-up etc., 2 large double wardrobes,
sea view & shower room en suite.
There are a total of just 4 apartments here including our own one. We maintain the villa and grounds throughout the year and are here to deal with any problems you have, or if you need advice about where to go etc.

Description of the area:

The villa is set in 2500 sq mtrs of well-kept floral gardens and is on a peaceful urbanisation of detached 2-storey houses. There is free parking outside the villa.
The pool is heated to 29-30 celcius from Oct 1 - Apr 30 and during this period, there is a charge of 55 euros / apt / week.
There are 2 good restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a new supermarket is due to open this year about 15 mins walk away.
Besides school holidays, you will find the villa is well named as it is very peaceful & calm. Somewhere to go if you just want to unwind and relax.

(Journey time about one hour - 85km)
* The most important thing to know is that we are at km151 (N340) Direction Cadiz.
* When leaving Malaga Airport keep to the right all the time, direction Cadiz/Algeciras.
* In 3-4 kms Punto, BMW & Porche. Take the two-lane slip-road by the Porsche showroom showing A7-AP7-E15 Cadiz/Algeciras. Follow this, NOT the blue Torremolinas.* Once on this road/hill you can move from the slow lane if you wish. There is a service station half way up.
* Going down keep in the middle or fast lane as you will need to follow the AP-7 / E15 Peaje (toll) road.
