The Anett s Villa is situated in one of Hévíz s most flowery and wonderful streets, in a peaceful environment, yet not far from the lake and the town centre.
Our apartments are spacious, sunny, nice rooms.
The guesthouse includes a mini wellness oasis, with Jacuzzi, infra-sauna and tropic shower, to help us provide you quality service. Our guest can have massage in the house.
In the grass-covered part of the garden you will find a pergola.
Our apartments are 35-45 m2 large, ith:

Hide away from the world in this magical oasis of calm. Lose yourself in our naturally heated thermal waters and treat yourself with a range of treatments. The small, picturesque town is one of Europe's major spas.
The lake of Hévíz is the biggest biologically active, natural medicinal water in the world, which refreshes both the body and the soul. The medicinal water breaks out from the spring cave on the surface at the rate of approx. 410 litres per second and with a temperature of 40°C. According to that delivery, the water in the lake changes every three and a half days and keeps uniformly clean. The temperature of the water is 23-25 C in winter and 33-36 C in summer.

Mit einer Wasseroberfläche von fast 600 km˛ ist der Balaton (Plattensee) der grösste See Mitteleuropas. Die durchschnittliche Wassertiefe beträgt drei Meter. Der Seeboden besteht aus weichem Sand, das Wasser erwärmt sich bei den ersten Frühlingssonnenstrahlen recht schnell. Im Hochsommer sind Temperatur von 27 bis 28°C keine Seltenheit.

Der Balaton ist zwar vor allem als Sommerparadies bekannt und beliebt, doch zu jeder Jahreszeit bieten See und Umgebung Entspannung und viel Sehenswertes.

How to find us:

How to get there?

When arriving at Hévíz, follow the main road Széchenyi Street. You will see a big, blue church. Beside the blue church turn to Zrínyi Street and take the 3rd side street on the right (Katona József Street). The first street on the right after 20 meters is Kodály Street, where you will see the corner-building of Anett’ s Villa at once.

How to reach Hévíz?

The town of Hévíz is situated in Zala county, at the south-western tip of Lake Balaton, 6 km away from Keszthely. Due to its favourable geographical location, it is easily accessible.
Travelling by car:
From the direction of Vienna and Sopron: by exiting motorway A1, on motorway A3 leading towards Eisenstadt, you get to the border crossing point in Sopron. From here, take main road no. 84 through Sümeg to Balatonederics. You can reach Hévíz by turning to the west, to main road no. 71 through Keszthely.
