Detailed description:

Ca'n Perla is a large villa for up to 10 persons. Built in U-form Ca'n Perla consists of one living-/dining-room, an office, a kitchen, a guest WC, a main bedroom with attached bathroom as well as further 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The centre of the U is arranged as partially considered terrace which gives you also at any time of the time places with shadow.
On a beautifully garden property on of approximately 3, 200 square meters there are approximately 300 square meter floor space and approx. 100 square meters, partly considered, terraces available to you.
Additional a pool - 5 to 10 meter with a roman stairways - is not missing. Also neither the external grill is missing for the summer, still cosy fire-places for the winter in living room and office.

Owing to the heating Ca'n Perla is habitable the whole year!

Description of the area:

The village Cala Murada is an Urbanisation which is functioning and already existing for a long time in the east of Mallorca. The existing Urbanisation consists predominantly of houses and/or villas with appropriate properties. Thus the entire Urbanisation is much green and is suitable also for expanded walks. The houses are used both as holiday houses and as normal houses inhabited all year round. Thus the Urbanisation is at each season a pleasant place for a stay. In the Cala Murada you find two supermarkets, two banks, hairdresser, cosmetician, laundry and a post office beside various restaurants and bars. The Urbanisation Cala Murada has its name of the appropriate bath bay Cala Murada, which is the main beach of the Urbanisation. Beside this one the Calas Domingos Gran and Domingos Petit can be attained very well by foot. All bath bays are excellent with the European blue flag for good bath water. There are all sandy beaches with crystal-clear water.
