Description of the area:
The house belongs to a small group with only 7 houses that use a large pool area on a separate plot of land. There is a pool with approx. 8 x 14 meters, a shower, and a shady pool house with 50 square meters and about 400 square meters of sun terraces with couches.
Sa Rapita is a calm village without hotels. At the end from the village near to the yachting port begins the beach from Sa Rapita – Es Trenc. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of Majorca. The extensive fine sand beach with dunes stands under nature protection. There are small supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a branch bank. You can find good purchase possibilities in Campos (10 km).
