Detailed description: "Casa Olivo", our new, very nice and comfortable holiday house with best equipment for a calm family vacation. The house has 2 double bedrooms with built-in cabinets and air conditioning system, a living dining-room, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, 2 baths with showers. There is a private garden with couches and garden grill, a covered terrace and a large roof terrace. There are available among other things: Air conditioning system and heating in rooms, safe, SAT TV, Radio/CD Player, dishwasher, a large refrigerator with separate freezer, kitchen, baking-oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, iron, ironing board, garden grill, sun couches, bed linen, towels, table-ware cloths..... |

Description of the area:
The house belongs to a small group with only 7 houses that use a large pool area on a separate plot of land. There is a pool with approx. 8 x 14 meters, a shower, and a shady pool house with 50 square meters and about 400 square meters of sun terraces with couches.
SA Rapita is a calm village without hotels. At the end from the village near to the yachting port begins the beach from Sa Rapita ? Es Trenc. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of Majorca. The extensive fine sand beach with dunes stands under nature protection. There are small supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a branch bank. You can find good purchase possibilities in Campos (10 km).
