Surrounded by a beautiful garden with tropical palms and the traditional Sicilian flora, with English meadow and protected by thick pines, the house is ideally located at the center of Lido di Noto. It's a pleasant place when you can relax thanks to the garden and even in the closest days you can peacefully sleep in the night. Then it's 250mt far away from sea and you can find in the nearness bars, supermarkets and restaurants. From the beach along the shore you can reach the wonderful nature reserve of Vendicari. You can easily reach from here Noto(the city of Barocco), Syracuse, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Ragusa, Capo Passero. House's composition:a bedroom, a living room, with a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a veranda. It can put up max 2-4 persons. Beside the house is completely furnished. Services:Cleaning at departure €50; hire linen at person for every change €10.
