The kitchen is open to the dining-room. In the kitchen is a toaster, coffee machine and an electrical kettle. Beside the kitchen in the storage are 2 refrigerators with ice box and the washing machine. In the dining-room is a large extendable oak table for 6 persons, thus sufficient place for the whole family. In the living room is a Steiner group of seats before the fire-place (10 seats), TV (French transmitters).

In the external area there is a front roofed and leads to the swimming pool (9x4m) with 2 tables out of Teak with 8 chairs (8 persons per table), a bank out of Teak and 3 mobile sun screens. The rear terrace has a large PVC table with 10 chairs, a bank and a bricked grill. A subordination place is there for a car and further parking space on the grounds.

Final cleaning costs 140 €, Bail costs 2300 € (valuable decoration and furniture) and Pre-payment is 30%. The mansion is inhabited therefore, heated and maintained over the year by myself and I would like to have only respectable tenants who give consideration to the interior equipment. Please do not bring along animals. During the winter months a lump sum of 50 €/week for electricity and heating is required.
