· 35-63 m2 organization per apartment = 1-2 bedroom + 1 living/bedroom with kitchen + 1 bath-room (incl. WC + bidet + showers) + separately WC. (apartments-1, 3, 5, 7 + 9 have 2 bedrooms). apartments (nr. -7 = ****-stars) are new and comfortably furnished and has the best view to the sea.
· apart-8 + 9 ground floor, are standart furnished (**till***-stars) , and partly with antique furniture (apart-9 has an own entry and own garden with about 15 m2)

Large selection of typically restaurants with culinary special meal from the sea, up to Istrian national foods find them in direct proximity of our house. Rovinj offers by the pre-aged islands and protected bays, particularly good conditions for bath vacation and each kind of water haven! A special experience is a bath trip with the boat taxi on the red island (in the city centre big-mole about 500 m from our house).
