Fenced maintained 400 square meter large garden property for common use with meadow. If one does not have desire, to go eating in one of the many good restaurants, also the possibility exists, in the garden to crickets. In the terrace one can spend the vacation at warm days pleasantly. Owner lives separately in the ground floor. Parks in the yard. The Balaton is only few minutes within walking distance. In the proximity is a grocer's shop, where one can buy breakfast. Including: Final purification, Bedlinen, Water,- Gas,- and current use, Local tax. Domestic animal: does not permit.

Description of journey:
From Vienna toward the a2 direct. Graz to exit.
Direction A 3. Then S 31. Afterwards with lacquer brook German cross to the border crossing Kópháza. Further on the 84 to Balatonederics.
Toward the 71 continue to direct. Keszthely to Balatonkeresztúr. Here left toward the 7 direct. Budapest to Fonyód on the road 7.
