Detailed description:

Our house is a terrace house with a small garden. In the garden there is space to sunbath but also a barbeque and a shower. It's possible to reach the nearest beach on foot with a 300 m long walk. The access to the beach is free. The parking place is in front of the haus.
Living room with kitchen, table, TV-ital., oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine.
In the second floor there is a double bed room a bunk bed and a bathroom.

Description of the area:

"Su Stagioni" is a quite holiday village in Golfo di Cagliari close to Flumini di Quartu. There is no overcrowding of tourists. The people living in the village reach the beach on foot. The village and the beach will be daily cleaned. Su Stangioni offers stillness and relax but also an irrepetible position close to the biggest city in Sardinia and to all its services. Pizzerias, Restaurants, clubs, Tennis etc. are also really close to the village. 600 m far from the village there is a small town with Supermarket, small parks, kindergartens, Bar, Golf field (5km away).
Cagliari, the capital of the island with its airport is just 20km far; Villasimius, one of the most prestigious touristic location in Sardinia is just 32 km far from the village.
