Detailed description:

We lease in our house one apartment. Our house has a beautiful and silent site at by street, within a distance of 1. km from the local centre Fulpmes in the locality Medraz. It is easy reach by car all over the year. The distance to the bus stop is circa 250 m. At the house is a parking place, a beautiful rest cure meadow (for a sun bath, playing,...) and a storage room for ski. Our apartment is heated if required (for example a cold snap in summer) also in not heated periods. In the morning deliver the baker new bread to the house. It is possible to get a cot (for an infant) by an advance order. Domestic animals are not allowed. Shoe dryer be available.

Haus Span, Auenweg 20, 6166 Fulpmes-Medraz Our house Span can be found 1, km from Fulpmes. Drive the Stubaier Bundesstraße untill Fulpmes. In Fulpmes turn right and following the guidepost to the parkinggarage. At the parkinggarage in
Medrazerstraße you must drive further on and so will you come to Medraz. After the Bridge (made of wood) turn left and here is the beginning of the Auenweg. Drive about 200 m and you will find our Haus Span on the right side next to the Hotel Auenhof.
