Marina di Patti is situated in a tranquill gulf of crystal clear water, surrounded by the beautiful mountains & countryside of Sicilia. The Gulf is a warm and safe community of friendly people in a small center of fishing, boating, swimming, and water sports. Nearby from the hills above down to the sea, there is hang gliding. The principal centre is Patti (15. 00 inhabitants) which has a beautiful Norman Cathedral & typical medieval streets in the ancient parts. Patti Marina is a very attractive place both for the beauty of it's landscape and for its history. From here, it is possible to see and visit the marvellous Aeolian Islands with Lipari, which is the largest island of the Archepelago and then Vulcano, Salina, Stromboli, Panarea, Filicudi ad Alicudi. It is also an important archeological centre.
