Free view from sitting room up to the open roof, see two floors an have the impression of beeing in a cottage with all comfort. Well furnished kitchen. big balcony surround the house, own sauna helps relaxing. The flat is in a calm and sunny position, 1600 altitude without traffic noise. only for non-smokers without pets.

In the middle of Gerlosplatte, 1600 altutude, surroundes from hills of the naturl Park Hohe Tauern. Footpath begin directly in front of the house. In the wintertime connection to Zillertalarana (200m distance to lifts) with a great ski area.
