“ La Terrazza Apartment” is situated in a charming period farmhouse very close to the centre of Rome and to Saint Peter. It’ the ideal place for a gorgeous roman stay.

The apartment is a one floor apartment (whitout lift), and is very luxurious and well-finished even in details. It has a double bed room, a lounge whit a double sofa bed, fire place and dining room, a kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, freezer, microwave, the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, in the living room there is the TV, a bathroom has a shower.

The apartment has a beautiful terrace 40sq. meters each.

How to find us:

Once inside Termini Station, follow indication for “ LINEA A” and the red M. Take a train going to BATTISTINI direction and get off at station CORNELIA. From the metro stop walk to Piazza Carpegna, where Via dei Casali di S. PIO V starts. Once at the number 15/b, you will be welcomed by Mrs. Calcioli, the owner of the apartment, she will leads you to the apartment. The distance is more or less 600 meters from Cornelia metro stop.
You have also a second option, take bus number 64 from Termini Station and get at the bus stop “ argo Cavalleggeri” and change with number 98, 6B, 881 or 916 and get off at Piazza Carpegna. From there you can reach Via dei Casali di S. Pio V easily. In this case you will walk more or less 150 meters.
