Das Haus liegt am Hang auf 10 Tsd qm großem Grundstück, Wandern ist vom Haus aus möglich, geführter Touren in das Naturschutzgebiet und alpine Touren auf die über 200 m hohen Berge sind möglich; der nächste feinsandige Strand ist in Puerto Tazacorte mit dem Auto in 12 Minuten zu erreichen. Lebensmittel, Bank, Apotheke, kleine spanische Bars in der Ortsmitte, ca. 3 Km vom Haus entfernt. Auf der gebirgigen Insel ist ein Leihwagen nötig, um die landschaftlich schönsten Stellen zu erreichen.
