Detailed description: Our house stands at Cavalaire sur Mer approx. 15km from St. Tropez in the park-like residence “ Les Hauts de Bonporteau” on a slope turned to the south and the sea. In the residence there are a 25m-pool, tennis places and a bouleplace (use free of charge). Our house has 67 m ² for 4 persons. Ground floor: Living room and the kitchen with a dining corner for 4 pers. Upper floor: the two bedrooms with each 2 beds, the bath with tub/shower and a separate toilet. To the house belongs a parking lot. The 40 m ² terrace, where you have a small view if the sea, is partially roofed over. The equipment of our house: SAT-tv and -radio, a video-recorder, stereo with CD-player, stove with 4 cookingplates, oven, washing-machine, dishwasher, coffee-machine, toaster, refrigerator with deepfreezer, hair dryer and iron. Of course garden furniture (comfortable couches with padding and seat furniture) for you. |

Description of the area:
The house lies at 1 km distance from the picturesque port of Cavalaire with the beautiful beach-promenade and the innumerable shops, boutiques, bistros and restaurants. In few minutes walk you reach a large, very pleasant supermarket with baker's shop, where you can buy fresh baguettes and croissants for your breakfast. Cavalaire offers everything that constitutes a pleasant vacation: inexpensive and restaurants of the elevated Preisklasse, discotheque, play casino, supermarkets. Several sports-activities like swimming, dipping, water ski, moving, riding and others are possible. The closer environment offers trips to St. Tropez and to the romantic small towns Grimaud, Gassin and Ramatuelle. The Iles D 'Hyeres are daily attainable by ship. And finally you can reach Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Aix En Provence and Marseille in max. 1, 5 hours by car.
