The vacation-apartment in the villa Giovanna in the ground floor with terrace is completely furnished for 4 persons with a living room with modern furniture kitchen line on one side (gas stove, oven, freezing compartment) and SAT - TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two separate beds, shower / toilette and washing machine. For another person is a bed possible. An outside shower and parking place also gets along to disposal.

The villa GIOVANNA is because of the edge of the place of Capo Rizzuto and is removed only 50 m of the beach. For the everyday necessity, supermarkets etc are in the height of the season in the place. In the preseason and in the after-season you mast go into the near lying city Isola Di Capo Rizzuto to shopping.
