Our north London location combines tranquillity and the gentle pace of village life within easy reach of central London.

Guests have access to their rooms at any time of the day. Each room is beautifully furnished with every home comfort including pristine bathrobe and slippers. TV and hairdryer too. The sheets are 100% white cotton. We provide you with soap, shampoo and towels. There are tea- & coffee-making facilities in the rooms. Washing machine, dryer and iron are available on request. There is wireless internet and a payphone for your convenience.

There is no smoking in the house.

A choice of English or Continental breakfast is served in the welcoming dining room, which overlooks a beautiful garden.
A typical menu also includes fruit juice, a variety of cereals, tea and fresh coffee with toast, cheeses, a choice of jams and marmalade, and of course bacon, eggs and sausage. We also have a vegetarian option: mushrooms, baked beans and eggs.

We are situated close to Alexandra Palace, Hampstead, Highgate, Muswell Hill, Arsenal Football Stadium, Holloway Road, Archway, Islington Design Centre, Kings Cross and Euston. Easy access to and from all London Airports.
In our local area of Crouch End, there are restaurants of every type and a variety of cafés and pubs. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and, in general, the prices are lower than those to be found in Central London.

How to find us:

Within walking distance is Finsbury Park underground station (zone 2). This is on both the Piccadilly and Victoria lines with direct services (every 3 minutes) to most tourist sites and shopping areas in London.
On arrival at Finsbury Park Station take the exit for 'Wells Terrace'. Guests can phone us from the station and will be collected with their luggage. Finsbury Park station is about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus. Busses W3 and W7 run every 5-7 minutes.

The underground 'Piccadilly Line' comes direct from Heathrow to Finsbury Park (exit Wells Terrace).

The Gatwick express goes to Victoria Station (takes 30 minutes). From there you take the underground 'Victoria Line' Northbound to Finsbury Park.

Take the train from Stansted airport to Tottenham Hale Station (or Seven Sisters Road when there are works on the line). Then you take the underground 'Victoria line' (1 or 2 stops) to Finsbury Park Station.
