Detailed description:

The habitable surface of the house is of 145 m2. 2 bedrooms with double bed, an adjoining room with sleeping possibilities as well as a children’s bedroom with 3 beds and cupboard. Cosy living room with SAT TV, HiFi, telephone and fireplace. Well equipped kitchen with dish washer, fridge with freezer compartment, micro wave. The kitchen as well as both bathrooms have running hot and cold water. A washing machine and a sauna are of course also at your disposal. The poolroom has underfloor heating. There is also a small office with Internet connexion.

The 3 x 6 m pool has a countercurrent exchange system and underwater spotlights. For attractive view effects, there is a glass wall separating the living room from the poolroom. From the poolroom, you have access to the beautiful, electrically heated winter garden, IGU glass makes it keep its cosiness even in winter. All rooms have e-heating.
