Well furnished it allows our guests to spend a pleasant and comfortable holiday in Rome only 6 bus-stop from the Coliseum. The villa is divided in 4 independent apartments composed of a living room with equipped cooking area, single or double sleep sofa, double bedroom, bathroom and private terrace. According to the type of the apartment they may accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 persons

Description of the area:

Our structure is a new opening in Via Tiburtina 476, right in front of the Italian TV De Paoli Studios, in a very quiet and central position which allows you to to go around by bus, metro or taxi. You can reach Tiburtina Station and Metro (900m far) in 10 minutes walk or you can get a bus in front of our entrance and reach them in only one bus-stop.

A complete transportation network out of our entrance assures you a quick transfer to any place, 5 minutes by bus to Tiburtina Station and Metro and 10 bus-stops to the Coliseum.

In the surrounding area there is a great variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants

How to find us:

If you land at Fiumicino Airport:
- take the train (leaving each quarter of hour, for timetables: www. trenitalia. com) from Fiumicino Airport Train Station to Roma Tiburtina Station. The train ticket costs € 5, 0 per person and it takes 45 minutes to reach Tiburtina Station.
If you land at Ciampino Airport:
- take a bus of COTRAL (website: www. otralspa. t ), from Ciampino airport to Anagnina tube station (it takes about 20 minutes). From Anagnina you have to take the tube (LINE A) to Termini Station (it takes 30 minutes). Then from Termini Station you have to take the tube (LINE B) to Tiburtina Station (it takes about 10 minutes).

From Tiburtina station (about 900 mt. far from our structure), you can take the bus number 309 (direction "S. MARIA DEL SOCCORSO") and, after 3 stops (about 5 minutes), you are arrived. The bus ticket costs € 1, 00 per person
