Detailed description: Near the ancient Grecian colony „ Poseidonia“ , today known as Paestum lies in sunny and calm position on a property of about 8. 000 sq. m. the comfortable holiday home Villa Anna, which offers space for 6 persons or with additional flat (which is not separately rentable) for 10 persons. This villa offers much space inside and outside. For a freshening bath there is a pool which is available from 31. 03. until 17. 11. The spacious living-dining-room of the house has a fire-place, Sat-TV, sofa and dining table. Here is also the entrance to the large balcony whewhere a sunblind provides for shadow. The brightly equipped double bedroom disposes of an own bathroom. In both of the two further bedrooms there are 2 single beds. The second bath has tube/WC/bidet. The additional flat is also comfortably equipped and disposes of a living-dining-room with bed-settee, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower bath. A washing machine and heating are also avaiable. |
