In addition you have a garden with tropical plants and palms, a covered terrace with ocean view, a private swimming pool with spa, sunbathing chairs, air conditioning, telephone and fax, 2 large televisions with cable and Sat TV (over 300 channels), 2 VCRs, 2 DVD Players, 1 stereo system for house and garden, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, toaster, microwave oven, dishes, etc. Naturally you have a garage for your car. Our house is directly on the ocean with a private dock. You'll see breathtaking sunsets. Almost daily you'll be visited by dolphins at the dock.
