This room is comfortably furnished with 2 large sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), English Satellite TV, DVD and a small stereo. It has a sizeable dining table for 6 and a working fireplace.
The master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and an air conditioning unit.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds.
All 3 bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with chests of drawers and plenty of space.
There is a second bathroom; both bathrooms have full baths, shower attachments, bidets and WC.
There is a spacious fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table and 6 chairs, a door leading onto the back terrace with walkway to the swimming pool.

It is situated in a quiet side street overlooking a field in a small development of 4 houses and about 1.5km to a large supermarket and restaurant, 4km to the beach of La Barrosa and the old fishing village of Sancti Petri. Chiclana town centre is about 3km away. A farmacia (Spanish chemist) is just at the end of the road and a small venta (Spanish bar/restaurant) within a couple of minutes walking distance.
