Detailed description: The terraced house is located just 300 metres from the famous sandy beach „ Simius Playa“ and 300 metres from the shopping facilities in Villasimius. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and an additional bed which could also be converted into a double room. There is a shower cabin in the new bathroom. The live-in kitchen is connected to a large covered terrace in front of the house. This offers a very pretty view of the garden and is the perfect place for alfresco meals. The kitchenette is new and tasteful. Behind the house is a second covered terrace which offers plenty of privacy. Here the outside shower, barbeque and the washing-machine can be found. |
