The villa is nestled in a lush green valley close to the picturesque town of Kas at the impressive Turkish south coast. The house is surrounded by a private garden of 600 m2. There is a swimming pool, where you can sunbath on sunbeds with umbrellas.
The large balcony has Turkish beds and a breathtaking view. There are two terraces with permanent shadow.
One of them is a beautiful dining area, the other offers you permanent shadow and a bbq.
The distance to the sea is 200 meters, which you can reach by steps or road.
The downstairs interior of Villa Mimosa consists of a spacey living / dining room with a fireplace,
TV and DVD set, an open plan kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs is the entrance with a hall and three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the others have two single beds. There are three bathrooms. ne bedroom has its own toilet,

Villa Mimosa is situated close to the centre of Kaş, app. 5 km., which is only a 10 minute dolmus ride.
Our gardener will be happy to bring your bread each morning to the villa.
There are several supermarkets in Kas, which are eager to deliver you purchases at home.
You can also order your shoppinglist by phone.

In the villa is an information folder and we have an English speaking contact person who likes to help
you with all your questions and problems.

Kas liegt an der türkischen Südküste, zwischen den Flughäfen von Dalaman und Antalya.
 Die Villa Mimosa ist sowohl vom Flughafen von Dalaman wie auch vom Flughafen von Antalya aus gut erreichbar.
 Von beiden Flughäfen aus können Sie gut nach Kas fahren.
 Wenn Sie mit dem Wagen vom Flughafen kommen, können Sie die folgende Strecke nehmen:
      von Dalaman aus:
 Fahren Sie zuerst in Richtung Fethiye, anschließend Antalya und dann Kas.
 
    von Antalya aus:
Es gibt zwei mögliche Strecken: die kürzeste führt entlang der Küste über Kemer.
