This gîte has a living (TV satellite), 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, terrace at the front of the house and a terrace near the pool. we do provide sheets and pillowslips.

Description of the area:

4 beautiful spacious houses in La Colonie. One house for 4 persons (72 m2 at the ground floor), one for 6 persons (100 m2 also at the ground floor), a house for 6 persons Groudfloor and first floor and one house for 7 persons groundfloor and first floor. There is a lounging area to the right of the building and various monumental trees adjacent to it. A 6 x 12 m swimming pool is located in the courtyard. In the evening you can sit outside the house, glass of wine in hand, and watch the sun go down with the twitter of birds and croak of frogs in the background. With a bit of luck you might even glimpse the owl fly across the field and bats flitting in the dusk. Every Monday there is a colourful market in Samatan that is definitely worth a visit. Treat yourself to time out in the peace and calm of the natural surroundings at ‘ La Colonie’ . We look forward to extending you a warm welcome.
