The hotel is surrounded by lush countryside and the natural park of the Marchesato.
The farm is named after a little church which is consecrated to Saint Mary of the Puzelle. It is equidistant from the Sila mountains and the sea (half an hour by car) and the farm stands about one mile from the historic quarter of Santa Severina, whose imposing castle fortress, baptistery and Saint Filomena's church are genuine jewels of Byzantine art.
In the former hayloft there are now 2 large dining rooms, where traditional and regional dishes are served. Only regional products from biological cultivation are used, therefore the menu changes according to the season.
Le Puzelle offers eight comfortable rooms that can accommodate 24 guests. Each room has en suite facilities, air-conditioning and heating. Our rooms retain their rustic style but with all the comforts and amenities that ensure an unforgettable holiday.
As well as the attractions of Santa Severina itself, our guests can enjoy Le Puzelle's private swimming pool or take a trip into the nearby Nature Reserve of Monte Fuscaldo that features a fitness path for the more energetic. Here at Le Puzelle we offer the perfect balance between comfort, good home-cooked cuisine and tranquility.

Santa Severina: a medieval village known especially for its impressing and wholly preserved castle-fortress. Of special interest are the baptistery and the museum of the diocese.
The Ionic coast and the mountains of Sila: an ideal starting point for all kinds of excursions and trips to tourist attractions such as: the Isola Capo Rizzuto (maritime nature reserve); Le Castella; Crotone; the Florentine abbey San Giovanni in Fiore; Lorica; Camigliatello; and Trepidò on the mountains, where wonderful pine woods and the lakes of Sila can be explored.
